Ryan Andrew Re, Lifelong Danbury Resident, Dies At 29

Ryan Andrew Re died on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at his home in Danbury. He was 29.

He was born in Danbury on Sept. 5, 1989. He attended local schools and graduated from Danbury High School with the Class of 2007.

Ryan was employed in pool construction at Nejame & Sons of Danbury for the past five years and was also a Marketing Consultant with Ambit Energy.

He enjoyed golf, tennis, and exhibiting his creative and artistic talents through drawings. He will always be remembered for his great sense of humor, and most of all, his love for his family.

In addition to his parents, Carlo and Kathy, he is survived by a sister, Natalie Re of the Bronx; two brothers, Robert and Randall Re both of Danbury; his maternal grandmother, Evelyn (Kaeser) Joudy of New Fairfield; his paternal grandmother, Rose (Mariano) Re of Sandy Hook; two nephews, Anthony and Auroran Re; a niece, Angelina Re; and by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ryan was predeceased by both grandfathers, Robert A. Joudy and Bernard Re, his aunt, Jocelyn Joudy, and first cousin Nick Oliveto.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Sept. 18. at the First Assembly of God Church in Brookfield. Interment was at Mountain View Cemetery in New Fairfield.

Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home in Danbury was in charge of arrangements.
