Rose Mary Siclari, 90, Former Greenwich Resident, Worked For Pitney Bowes

NEW MILFORD, Conn. - Rose Mary (Santora) Siclari of New Milford, formerly of Greenwich and Naples, Fla., died Friday, Nov. 22. She was 90.

Siclari was born Aug. 29, 1923, in Carbondale, W.Va., daughter of Mary Lodato Santora and Joseph Santora, she and her family moved to Cos Cob Connecticut to seek work. She attended Cos Cob Elementary School and graduated from Greenwich High School. During World War II she worked for Pitney Bowes on the aircraft parts assembly line. For over 20 years, she worked at the Bloomingdales and D.W. Rogers department stores.

Siclari is survived by her children, John Siclari (Bonnie) of Brookfield, Robert Siclari (Patricia) of Aurora, Colo., Jeanne DiGiacomo (Christopher) of New Milford and Frank J. Siclari (Carolyn) of Fairfield; 11 grandchildren; a great grandson; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank R. Siclari; and brother, Paul J. Santora Sr.

Calling hours are from 4 and 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26 at Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27 at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, 138 Candlewood Lake Road in Brookfield.
