Paula B. Gillotti, 56, Longtime Greenwich Hospital Employee

NEW FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Paula B. Gillotti of New Fairfield April 11. She was 56.

Gillotti was born in Bridgeport, daughter of Nancy Ann (White) Fischer of New Fairfield and Dr. Paul H. Fischer. She was a 1974 graduate of Immaculate High School and received radiological technician and advanced technical training from Danbury and Stamford Hospitals. She worked for the Greenwich Hospital. She was the original creator of the Teddy Bear Clinic at Greenwich Hospital which fought for the cure of breast cancer.

Gillotti is survived by her mother; sons, David P. Gillotti (Barbara), of New Fairfield and Justin J. Gillotti (Jennifer) of Danbury; and sister, Karen Lee Fischer Perkins of Sherman. She was predeceased by her father; and son, Matthew M. Gillotti.

Calling hours are Thursday, April 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. with services at 7 p.m. at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury.
