SHELTON, Conn. - Mary Principia Beney of Shelton, formerly of Fairfield, Greenwich and Cheshire, as well as Florida, died Wednesday, April 10. She was 92.
Beney was born in Greenwich to Saverio and Theresa (Chieffo) Glionna.
Beney is survived by daughter, Dorothy Bratchell of Huntington; son, Douglas Beney II (June) of Monroe; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; sister, Adeline Mulligan; several nieces and nephews; and the Bratchell family. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Douglas Beney; and son-in-law, Joseph Bratchell.
Funeral services and interment are private, and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.
