GREENWICH, Conn. - Jessie McDowell Chapman of Greenwich died Sunday, July 14. She was 94.
Chapman was born Sept. 11, 1918, to Ora and Boyce McDowell.
Chapman is survived by children, Arnold Chapman of Colo., Deborah Roselle of Connecticut, and Diane Pradia of Connecticut.; 12 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Malcolm M. Chapman; six siblings; and son, Edward.
Calling hours are Friday, July 19 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer St, Stamford with a memorial service to be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 20, at the funeral home. Burial will take place following the memorial service at Putnam Cemetery 30 Parsonage Rd., Greenwich.
