Jennie Frangione, 91, Lifelong Greenwich Resident, Retired Waitress

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Jennie V. Frangione, 91, a lifelong Greenwich resident, died on Wednesday, March 25.

She was born on June 23, 1923, to Peter and Lena LaSorsa.

Frangione was a waitress at the Belle Haven Club for more than 28 years.

She was a lifelong parishioner of St. Mary's Church in Greenwich.

Survivors include three sons, Luke Jr. (Terry), Michael (Veronica), and Mark (Karen); one daughter, Susan; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Her husband Luke; one sister, Millie Coppola; and one brother, C. Peter LaSorsa, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, at St. Mary's Church, 178 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich.

A memorial service will also be held in the early summer to celebrate her life.

Castiglione Funeral Home, Greenwich, is handling the arrangements.
