James A. Lucian, Sr., Of Stamford, Retired Construction Steel Worker

STAMFORD, Conn. - James A. Lucian, Sr., a resident of Stamford and formerly a longtime resident of Greenwich, died Dec. 13. He was 86.

Lucian was born Aug. 10, 1927, in Greenwich, to Anthony and Mary Mancuso Lucian. He graduated from Port Chester High School and served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a retired construction steel worker in New York City. He was a member of the Greenwich and Stamford Pigeon Clubs, The Redman's of Greenwich and The Piedmont Club of Darien.

Lucian is survived by his son, James A. Lucian, Jr. (Dale) of Greenwich; daughter, Elaine Visci of Shelton; brothers, Alfred and Anthony Lucian; sisters, Lucille Grosso and Alice Novak; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and wife, Alberta Yasenchek Lucian.

Funeral Services will be private.
