Frank Paul Robotti, 90, Longtime Greenwich Resident

GREENWICH, Conn. - Frank Paul Robotti, a former resident of Darien and a longtime resident of Greenwich, died Wednesday, Dec. 25. He was 90.

Robotti was born Feb. 1, 1923, in Bronx, N.Y.; son of Paul and Maria (Chiambalero) Robotti. He served with the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked at the Post Office in the Bronx for 35 years. The family moved to Greenwich in 1968. He was a volunteer for the Red Cross.

Robotti is survived by his children, Maria Trunkenbolz of Spokane, Wash., Paul Robotti of Honolulu, Hawaii, Vincent Robotti (Lisa) of Oceanside, Calif., and Caryn Marshall of Riverside; four grandchildren; cousins; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and wife, Antoinette Colasuonno. 

Calling hours are Monday, Dec. 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31 at St. Thomas More Church, 374 Middlesex Road, Darien.
