OSSINING, N.Y. -- Francine M. Tripodi, of Ossining, died Monday, Sept. 7. She was 61.
She was born April 6, 1954, in Mount Vernon to Frank Leonardo and Domenica Cardamone.
She was co-owner of Executive Courier of Greenwich, Conn., Inc. She was also the former secretary and district leader for the Ossining Town Republican Party, and the former campaign manager and treasurer for many campaigns and committees, most notably the successful campaign of her son, Peter J. Tripodi IV.
She loved all animals as well as collecting and decorating her home with antiques. She died on the birthday of her beloved Labrador retriever, Tucker
She is survived by her husband, Peter J. Tripodi III; and sons Peter J. Tripodi IV and Tyler D. Tripodi.
