GREENWICH, Conn. - Dorothy M. Novakowski “Dottie” of Greenwich died June 12. She was 83.
Novakowski was born April 14, 1930, daughter of Kenneth and Margaret Searles of Stamford. She worked at Electrolux in Old Greenwich.
Novakowski is survived by daughter, Margaret M. Roszkowski (Walter); four grandsons; brother, George Searles (Frances); sister in law, Mary Novakowski; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward J. Novakowski; son, Edward J. Novakowski Jr.; and brothers, William, John, Kenneth and Robert.
Calling hours are Monday June 17 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Castiglione Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave., Greenwich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 18 at Sacred Heart Church, 95 Henry St., Byram. Interment will follow the service in St. Mary Cemetery, Greenwich.
