GREENWICH, Conn. - Damiano P. Faretta of Greenwich died Aug. 21. He was 51.
Faretta was born Feb. 23, 1962, to Donato and Anna Faretta in Ripacanida, Italy. After coming to the United States in 1971 from Italy, he graduated from Greenwich High and went on to work at Volvo as an auto tech.
Faretta is survived by his brothers, Tony Faretta (Nancy) and Michael Faretta (Jorene); nieces and a nephew. He was predeceased by his parents.
Calling hours are Sunday, Aug. 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Castiglione Funeral Home. Funeral Services are private.
