RIVERSIDE, Conn. - Charles W. Ford Sr., lifelong resident of Riverside, died July 31. He was 76.
Ford was a painting contractor in Greenwich for over 40 years. He was a volunteer driver for the American Red Cross in Greenwich and loved helping people. He was involved with The St. Baldrick's Foundation.
Ford is survived by his wife, Marilyn A. Ford; son, Charles W. Ford Jr. (Beth); daughters, Katie Mayer (Mike), Laverna Ford and April Ford Gurciullo; six grandchildren; many in-laws; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.

The County Cremation Service, of Fairfield, are in charge of arrangements.
