LARCHMONT, N.Y. - Barbara Ritter of Larchmont died Oct. 5. She was 70.
Ritter worked at Sarah Neuman Nursing Home and The Greens at Greenwich.
Ritter is survived by her children, Barbara, Jean, Richard (Jodi Gottesfeld), Katherine Griffo (John) and Nelson; three granddaughters; sisters-in-law, Joan Ritter and Theresa Bradshaw; brother-in-law, Martin Ritter; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene.
A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, Oct. 7 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, Oct. 8 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at John J. Fox Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9 at Sts. John and Paul Church to be followed by a committal service at Ferncliff Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ritter's memory may be made to Sts. John and Paul Church or the Fordham Prep Mothers' Club.
