A Stamford man was stopped Tuesday on Palmer Hill Road in Greenwich while driving his unregistered car erratically. William I. McNerney, 45, of 74 Cedar Heights Road, failed sobriety tests after police stopped his car. He was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and operating an unregistered vehicle. He posted $250 bond and is due in court Oct. 10.

Jhonny Rosero, 47, of 32 Wilbur Peck Court, Greenwich, was arrested Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated after a car accident was reported. Rosero's damaged car was parked on the sidewalk at 1 Hamilton Ave. when officers arrived. Rosero admitted to drinking before driving. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on charges of DWI and failure to drive right on a curve. Rosero posted $250 bond and is due in court Oct. 11.
Joseph J. Scorese, 23, of 89 Briar Brae Road, Stamford, arrived Saturday at the Greenwich Police Department after learned the department had an active arrest warrant for him on original charges of evading responsibility and failure to maintain a lane. Scorese was released on a $5,000 bond.
