Update, 11:55 a.m. GREENWICH, Conn. — A tractor-trailer accident that was causing heavy congestion on I-95 in Greenwich Thursday was cleared at 11:55 a.m., the Connecticut Department of Transportation says.

GREENWICH, Conn. — Traffic is backed up after a tractor-trailer overturned in the northbound lanes of I-95 in Greenwich around 10 a.m., Thursday.
The left and center lanes are closed between exits 2 and 3.
