Three Arrested in Greenwich Shoplifting Spree

GREENWICH, Conn. – Three Bronx women were arrested Tuesday morning and charged with shoplifting from several Greenwich Avenue stores.

Greenwich Police stopped the trio near 300 Greenwich Ave. and found 18 pieces of merchandise taken from Rugby, Talbot’s, Victoria’s Secret and LF. The items totaled $1,472.99, according to police.

Brittany Bartley, 19, of 440 Carpenter Ave., Apt. 4B, Gabisha Gayle, 20, of 3044 Wallace Ave., Apt 1D, and Felicia McDonald, 23, of 1603 Given Ave. were all charged with larceny and conspiracy.

They were each released on a $500 bond and are due in court Dec. 21.

Also from the police blotter:

Bridget Palazzo, 25, of 27 Richmond Drive in Greenwich was arrested on charges  of  violating a protective order that prohibits her from contacting an ex-boyfriend. She was released on a $1,000 bond and is due in court Dec. 14.
