Tests Find Legionella Bacteria At Greenwich High's Cooling Tower

GREENWICH, Conn. — Tests of a Greenwich High School cooling tower found evidence of legionlla bacteria, which can cause Legionnaire's disease, according to a report in greenwichtime.com.

School and health officials say the bacteria does not pose a threat to students and staff, greenwichtime.com reported. 

Superintendent of Schools William McKersie said tests at two other Greenwich schools proved negative, according to greenwichtime.com.
