Victor Paolo Serpa, 18, of 108 Monica Road in Greenwich was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Officers took Serpa into custody at his home and seized 24 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The arrest came on the heels of a two-month investigation. Police said Serpa tried to destroy evidence and was also charged with interfering with a police investigation. The suspect posted a $1,000 bond and is due in court on Aug. 24.

Hector Vasquez, 24, of 70 Dyke Lane in Stamford, was arrested Thursday on DWI charges. Vasquez's car was stopped after officers saw him driving erratically. He failed a sobriety test and was charged with unsafe and improper turning, having no insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and improper use of license. Vasquez posted a $250 bond and is to appear in court for motor vehicle charges on Aug. 26 and the DWI charge on Aug. 30.
Nikki Hull, 29, of 235 W. Main St. in Stamford, was arrested Thursday on charges of failing to appear in court. During a motor vehicle stop of Hull's car, officers found she had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. She was released on a $750 bond and is due in court on Aug. 20.
