A Bronx man was arrested in Greenwich on Sunday with 210 bags of heroin in his possession, police said. Officers received a tip from a confidential informant that Benito Vega Gonzales, 60, of 2273 Tiebout Ave., was selling heroin in Greenwich. Members of the narcotics unit stopped Gonzales at the junction of Pemberwick Road and Comly Ave. and found the packages of heroin along with $2,127 in cash and drug paraphernalia. Gonzales was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being on held on $150,000 bond and is due in court Aug. 16.

A Riverside youth was arrested Sunday at the Sound Beach Avenue CVS on charges of larceny in the sixth degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. The 17-year-old had attempted to steal a small package of condoms. Officers suspected he was under the influence of drugs, and a K-9 scent search revealed drug paraphernalia in his car. He was released on a promise to appear in youthful offender court on Aug. 18.
