GREENWICH, Conn. -- Former cover girl and Greenwich resident Stephanie Seymour will avoid drunken driving charges in connection with a pair of Greenwich car crashes as long as she attends a rehab program and Alcoholics Anonymous, according to Page Six.

Seymour, 47, was accused of backing her Range Rover into another car in Greenwich back in January. She also was accused of crashing the same Range Rover into a utility pole near her home later on that same day before leaving the scene of the second crash, according to Page Six.

On Monday, while appearing before Stamford Superior Court Judge Auden Grogins, Seymour apologized to the local police and courts before offering additional apologies to her family and the woman driving the car she backed into, according to Page Six.

Seymour, a former Victoria's Secret model, was ordered to complete a six-week treatment program at Greenwich Hospital, attend AA meetings twice weekly and attend two victim impact panels, according to Page Six, which noted that her successful completion of the program and meetings would likely lead authorities to drop the charges against her.
