FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — Residents all over Fairfield County awoke Wednesday morning to find snow covering the ground.
There is a winter weather advisory in effect until 4 p.m. Wednesday as more snow and sleet are expected.
Here are the snow totals, as reported by the National Weather Service.
Danbury: 3.7 inches
Bridgeport: 3.5 inches
Ridgefield: 3.5 inches
New Canaan: 2.8 inches
Danbury: 2.5 inches
Norwalk: 2 inches
Darien: 1 inch
Old Greenwich: 1 inch.
