GREENWICH, Conn. -- A major road construction project on Pemberwick Road between Buena Vista Road and Grey Rock Drive in Greenwich will begin causing traffic problems on Monday, according to Patch.com .

Residents should expect the road closures and delays to remain in effect until Sept. 16.

The project includes the installation of 2,900 feet of new storm drains, pipes, manholes catch basins and curbs.

Work on Pemberwick Road will be done by 8 a.m. Monday through Friday. Work on Grey Rock Drive and Greenway Drive will run from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Saturday work will go from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
