Report: No Drugs, Alcohol Found In Sandy Hook Shooter

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Investigators found no sign of drugs or alcohol in the body of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter Adam Lanza, The Hartford Courant is reporting.

That includes no sign of illegal drugs such as cocaine or marijuana and no trace of antidepressants or anti-psychotic medications in Lanza, 20, who shot and killed 20 first-graders and six adults in Newtown on Dec. 14, the Courant reported.

The tests were conducted as part of the autopsy. The Courant cited law enforcement sources familiar with the tests results and said the final report has been turned over to state prosecutors and investigators.
