Regis Philbin Sells One Greenwich Home for $3M

GREENWICH, Conn. – Retired TV-host Regis Philbin sold one of his two Greenwich homes for $3 million, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

The home at 23 Meeting House Road was originally listed in 2008 for $5.9 million before the housing market dipped. It was relisted in July for $3.8 million. Philbin and his wife Joy had owned the home for more than 20 years. Sotheby’s International Realty sold it.

The French-Colonial house lies on 6 acres and includes a pool, tennis court, and gazebo on the grounds, according to Sotheby's. The house also has a library with a wet bar, 6.5 bathrooms, four bedrooms, and two family rooms.
