SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The driver of a rented RV received what may have come as surprising news moments ago Tuesday morning on the Hutchinson River Parkway.

This RV was pulled over on the northbound Hutch in Scarsdale, just south of Mamaroneck Avenue.
