WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The northbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Ridge Street and King Street in Rye Brook near the Greenwich, Conn., border reopened Monday afternoon after one lane was blocked four hours as a result of a tractor trailer hitting the overpass.
The northbound Hutch had been closed entirely shortly after 5 a.m. prior to the left lane reopening several hours later as the trailer was being off-loaded. The right lane remained closed until 3 p.m.
