GREENWICH, Conn. — A Port Chester, N.Y., man was arrested after a two-car crash early Thursday morning at the intersection of Halstead Avenue and Caroline Place in Greenwich.

He was charged with evading responsibility and operating without a license. A $500 bond was set for Flores, and Immigration Customs Enforcement was also holding him on a detainer.

The other car’s driver, Charlene Batista, 20, of 9 French Terrace in Yonkers, N.Y., was cited for following too close.
