A 26-year-old Hartford man was arrested by warrant Wednesday stemming from an alleged domestic violence assault in Greenwich on Sunday. In the incident, the man allegedly punched a victim in the face, grabbed her hair and dragged her by the hair to his car, where he began strangling her. The victim got away and ran for help.
The man was arrested at his place of employment, the Chipotle restaurant in Milford, on charges of assault, strangulation, unlawful restraint and breach of peace. He was held on $25,000 bond and was due in court Thursday.

Mordice Breckenridge, 38, of College Park, Ga., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court after police checked on a complaint on a door-to-door salesman on Sound Beach Avenue on Monday night. Breckenridge was released on $250 bond and is due in court June 13.
