A 17-year-old under house arrest on Havemeyer Place in Greenwich was charged with shooting at a 57-year-old woman and her 1-year-old granddaughter, police said. The woman was walking her granddaughter in a stroller when three shots hit the stroller. The teen was charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm, risk of injury to a minor and reckless endangerment. He was released on $2,500 bond and is due in court on June 8.

? An 18-year-old Greenwich driver who was stopped by police for using an iPad while driving was charged with drug possession on Monday. Police said Andrew Blumberg, of 32 Alpine Road, had marijuana and a plastic bag containing narcotic pills in his car. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and illegal storage of narcotics and released on a promise to appear in court June 7. Blumbergs passengers included a Greenwich 17-year-old who was also charged with possession of marijuana and released on a promise to appear in court June 8. The other passenger, Kevon Williams, 18, of 30 Armstrong Court, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also released on a promise to appear in court June 7.
