A Greenwich teen was issued a juvenile summons after allegedly assaulting a female senior citizen. The woman told police the teen bit her left forearm and pinched her face, causing scratches on her left cheek. The male teen was issued the summons on charges of third-degree assault on an elderly person and disorderly conduct. He was released and is to appear in court March 8.

Douglas K. Frano, 22, of 2 Hilltop Road, Greenwich, was arrested by a warrant Tuesday on charges of evading responsibility, unsafe movement and driving under the influence, stemming from a car accident Jan. 23. During the arrest, Frano was additionally charged with possession of marijuana of less than 4 ounces, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court March 15.
Johnny Garner, 27, of 34 Sunrise Hill Road, Norwalk, was arrested in Greenwich on Tuesday on possession of marijuana charges after he was found with 2.3 grams of marijuana during a car stop, police said. Garner was additionally charged with obstructed view from hanging ornaments. He was released on a promise to appear in court March 9.
