Greenwich Senior Housing Gets $7M Grant For New Units

GREENWICH, Conn. - Greenwich's Hill House will receive $7.4 million in state funding to build 24 new senior housing units.

The funds will be added to a $500,000 private grant to help Hill House expand from its current 38 units. Gov. Dannel Malloy announced the grants on Friday.

“Affordable housing is a critical component of a strong economy,” said Governor Malloy. “But perhaps most importantly, it’s projects like these that will make it possible for our seniors to stay in the communities they helped to make such great places to live."
