• Raymond and Jane Stewart Humiston III sold property at 40 W. Elm St. to Thomas Finn and Nancy K.K. Howe, trustees, for $1.4 million on May 27.

• Nora Psula and Inge Haberzeth sold property at 79 Putnam Park to John Strauss and Katharine Beecher for $325,000 on May 27.

• Keith and Marilyn Stentiford sold property at 16 Chestnut St. to Robert and Yasuko Luzzi for $1.075 million on May 27.

• Mary Jane Liddel sold property at 31 Cary Road to Dominick Gabriele and Laura Higgins for $325,000 on May 31.
