A witness wrote down Maguire’s plate numbers and he was contacted to return to the scene. He admitted driving in the area of the accident, but told police he was not aware he had hit other vehicles. Maguire was arrested for evading responsibility and improper passing. He posted a $2,500 bond and is due in court Sept. 28.
