Greenwich Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct

A Greenwich man was arrested Sunday in Greenwich after allegedly punching windows and ripping the front door of his home, police said. Luis Foilan Espinoza, 28, of 305 Davis Ave., allegedly went on a belligerent, violent tirade in the apartment after drinking alcohol. He was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released on $500 bond and is due in court March 14.

Also from the police blotter:

• Reynier Onassis Melgar-Arapa, 28, of 239 Husted St., Port Chester, N.Y., was arrested Tuesday on driving under the influence charges after he was stopped driving without his headlights on. Officers smelled marijuana in Melgar-Arapa’s car, and he had bloodshot eyes. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. He was released on $250 bond and is due in court March 22.
