Greenwich Will See Several Rounds Of Showers, Thunderstorms

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Fairfield County will see a soggy start to the workweek, before sunny skies return heading into the holiday weekend.

Rain and potential thunderstorms will move through the area on Monday and Tuesday.

There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms Monday between 9 p.m and midnight with areas of fog and a chance of showers continuing after midnight.

Rain and possible thunderstorms are likely on Tuesday with a 60 percent chance of precipitation between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and high temperatures around 74 degrees.

Sun will return and Wednesday and should linger through the rest of the week with temperatures in the high 60s.
