DOT Begins Overnight Work On I-95 Bridge In Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich motorists may see delays on I-95 northbound on the evening of Monday, March 23, as the Connecticut Department of Transportation performs overnight bridge work on the James Street bridge over the highway.

This project is scheduled to run from 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, to 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 24.

Motorists can expect lane closures on I-95 northbound between the New York State Line and Exit 2 for Doran Avenue in Greenwich.

Traffic control personnel and signs will be used to guide motorists through the work zone.

This work schedule may become changed or extended as necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.

Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
