Dense Fog Alert Issued For Greenwich

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — A dense fog blanketed Fairfield County on Monday, and drivers were urged to take caution on the roads.

The alert will remain in effect until midnight Monday night, National Weather Service says. Visibility, the warning says, can go down to a quarter of a mile at times.  

Drivers should be cautious, use low beams and leave room between vehicles.
