A State Police trooper's DashCam captured a wild crash on I-95 in Fairfield early Friday as a car slammed into two others stopped on the shoulder due to an earlier crash. 

Joseph Caputo of Stamford was arrested Thursday by Secret Service after jumping the fence at the White House.
