It is difficult to adequately express the sorrow we feel at this time, Greenwich Schools Superintendent Sidney Freund said in a message sent out Tuesday. We offer our deepest condolences and support to the students family, friends, and teachers.
Chris was an avid musician who both wrote and performed. Chris played football and rugby at Greenwich High School and spent all his free time recording music and writing beats.

Harris family will receive friends from noon to 3 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday at Leo P. Gallagher & Sons, at 31 Arch St. in Greenwich. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 15, at the First Congregational Church at 108 Sound Beach Ave. in Old Greenwich. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Christopher Harris Memorial Scholarship Fund to benefit future music students.
