James Reseau, 33, of 23 Carolina Road in Stamford was arrested Tuesday at Edge Fitness on East Putnam Avenue on burglary and identify theft charges. An employee noticed Reseau leave the gym and hang up a set of car keys on the key board. The employee noticed the keys Reseau hung had a green strap attached to them and recognized that they belonged to another member. When officers arrived on the scene, the gym member was notified of the incident and was advised to check her wallet. She was missing two credit cards, a gift card, $20 in cash and an iPhone charger. Reseau was placed under arrest for sixth degree larceny, third degree burglary, identity theft, credit card theft and interfering with a police investigation. Edge Fitness has also been subject to numerous car burglaries. He posted a $5,000 bond and is due in court on Sept. 7.

Chinese Fisher, 25, 123 W. 104th St. in Brooklyn was arrested Tuesday as a fugitive of justice. Officers were sent to investigate a person riding on the hood of a car. After the driver of the vehicle was located, a computer check revealed that Fisher was wanted on a federal warrant for fraud. She is being held without bond as a fugitive and is waiting for federal marshals to take custody of her Wednesday.
Keith Williams, 29, of 8 Reed Lane in Greenwich, was arrested outside his home Tuesday for an outstanding failure to appear warrant. Stamford police officers arrested Williams without incident. He was released on a $500 cash bond. Williams was given a court date of Sept. 7.
