GREENWICH, Conn. -- Another bear was spotted earlier this week by a Greenwich resident near the Seton Boy Scout Reservation, about 3 miles from the last two sightings, according to greenwichtime.com.
Jerry Labella, a Greenwich resident, caught the bear on his home's security camera as it helped himself to Labella's deer feeder, which was filled with corn and molasses, according to greenwichtime.com.
A bear print was also reported to the authorities by a homeowner at Augustine's Farm on King Street, reported greenwichtime.com.
Though the sightings are rare in Greenwich, they may be more common due to the increasing population of bears, reported greenwichtime.com.
During Memorial Day weekend, two bear sightings were reported to the authorities. A bear was seen in a backyard on Birch Lane on May 24, and another was seen at the Burning Tree Country Club on May 25.
