April Showers To Soak Greenwich This Week

The rain’s not over yet, Greenwich. April showers are in the forecast on and off all week.

According to the National Weather Service, we may see showers after 9 p.m. Monday. Showers are likely again after 3 p.m. Tuesday, with a 60 percent to 70 percent chance of precipitation. New rainfall may total a tenth to a quarter inch. Here's the forecast for the rest of the week:

• Wednesday: Cloudy, with a high near 57 degrees and a chance of showers.

• Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 61 degrees.

• Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 58 degrees, giving way to a chance of rain in the evening.

• Saturday: Cloudy with a chance of showers and a high near 60 degrees.

• Sunday:  Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and a high year 62 degrees.
