Antoinette Strazza, Worked at St. Moritz Bakery

Antoinette Strazza, a Greenwich resident, died at Greenwich Hospital on March 9. She was 81 years old.

Strazza grew up one of five children in Port Chester and graduated from Port Chester High School. After graduation, she worked at St. Moritz Bakery. Strazza married her husband, Anthony Strazza in 1948 and they spent 40 years at their Artic Street home in Greenwich. She was an active member at St. Roch's Church and AARP. Every Sunday, Strazza made a pasta dinner for her family. She was known for great birthday celebrations and gifts. Strazza also enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and Mohegan Sun.

She is survived by her children, Anthony, Joann Szygiel, Steven, Roxanne Azud, Mary Ann Strazza and Cathy Ann Strazza; 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass will be held Saturday, March 12, at 10 a.m. at St. Roch Church. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
