A man wanted on drug charges was arrested in Greenwich Wednesday. William H. Manning, 54, of 30 Oak St., Port Chester, failed to appear in court on last October on charges of illegal possession of a narcotic, distribution of narcotics, criminal attempt at distribution of a narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia or packaging. He was brought to Greenwich police headquarters by a bail enforcement agent and held on a $50,000 bond. He is due in court on June 22.

? Arnulfo Martinez, 34, of 8 Edison Place, Port Chester, was arrested on DWI charges early Tuesday when police saw his car stopped facing the wrong way on Greenwich Avenue. Martinez smelled of alcohol and said he had consumed three beers at a bar in Port Chester, police said. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on charges of DWI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He posted a $250 bond and is due in court on June 21.
? Tina Fronio, 64, of 38 Franklin St. in Westport was arrested Wednesday on DWI charges when she was stopped for driving erratically on East Putnam Avenue, police reported. Fronio was lethargic and confused and failed field sobriety tests, police said. She was held on a $250 bond and is due in court on June 22.
