GREENWICH, Conn. -- Traffic was backed up on Interstate 95 southbound Tuesday as the result of a one-car accident between exits 2 and 3 in Greenwich at 4:35 p.m.
Traffic crawled along Interstate 95 South in Greenwich on Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. as the result of a one-car accident.
