'Zombie Bike Ride' Hits The Road Around Greenwich Point For Halloween

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Instead of just trick-or-treating, some Greenwich residents also put the pedal to the metal at the first Old Greenwich Riverside Community Center Zombie Bike Ride on Oct. 31.

Led by OGRCC bicycling coach Claire Zecher, more than 25 kids and adults met at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center for a 7.5-mile ride through Old Greenwich, around Greenwich Point and back again, all in celebration of Halloween.

The OGRCC cycling program is open to kids of all ages, and adult programs will be kicking off soon.
