Independent bookstores are far and few between. Some are struggling to stay alive. But in this week's adventures on the Avenue, we found Diane's Books, an independent family-owned bookstore, is thriving in town. Alex and Anna spoke with owner, Diane Garrett, about her passion for children's books and how she created the 20-year business. Diane's Book has been a partner with the Greenwich Library and has helped bring renowned authors such as Andrew Sorkin and Alison Weir to town.
