The pet of the week is Tyke, a 6-year-old neutered male pit bull terrier. Tyke is social with people and most other dogs especially female dogs. Tyke would be an ideal dog for a medium-energy home with teenagers. He is housebroken, knows basic commands and walks well on a leash.
