The proceeds from that week will benefit the United Way’s work helping to meet the health and human service needs of the community.

Restaurateur Ramze Zakka has hosted this “Week of Caring” for the past nine years. This gesture has raised $18,000 for the Greenwich United Way.

“We are once again appreciative of the continued support of Mr. Zakka and his restaurants’ staff in this annual fundraising effort,” said Greenwich United Way President Stuart Adelberg.

“These two great Greenwich restaurants not only have excellent cuisine but are there to help meet the community’s needs through their generosity.”
