The nearly 330 guests at the June 6 event enjoyed a special evening to support the museum, according to a press release. With custom-designed tables, ambient lighting and a contemporary Scottish vibe, guests were transported to a land of kilts, tartan and bagpipes, according to the release.
Leora and Steven Levy were honored for their exemplary and long-standing dedication to the museum, according to the release.
There was a live auction that included a stunning Bulgari necklace, stays at private homes on Kauai, St. Barts and in South Africa, an exclusive vacation at Skibo Castle and a train ride through the Scottish Highlands.
Proceeds raised from the event wil benefit art and science education initiatives at the Bruce Museum, according to the release.
